Hard work promoting the Slave River as a word class playboating destination is finally paying off. This year Let the Slave Run has won Best Action film at the 2010 Waterwalker Festival in Canada and has been included in the line up of films in the schedule for the 2010 Reel Paddling Film Festival. A lot of positive feedback has been received about the film and we are all hoping that it will bring more paddlers to the Slaver River Paddle Fest held in July this year.
